This page provides an overview of your earning potential and provides the basis for you to calculate how much you can earn in ISR commissions. Your earning potential is entirely dependent upon you, and the then current market for our product (monthly memberships). Whether you are successful at achieving or exceeding the commissions shown as examples is dependent upon factors, including but not limited to, membership attrition, your skills, financial resources, marketing knowledge, business model, and time you devote to becoming a successful ISR.
In addition to understanding your earning potential it’s important to know how the ISR Program works. We encourage you to review the ISR program in detail. Frequently people skim over information, so we repeat some of the key points in various places on this site. For all of the details please review the ISR Agreement.
Summary of Terms Defined
Independent Sales Representative
As a Standard ISR, you may become a Super ISR (in addition to your Standard ISR commissions) and receive commissions for Sales made by Standard ISRs who have enrolled in the WhatsUpDocConnect ISR program using your Redemption Code.
To qualify as a Super ISR you must have at least one Standard ISR that enrolls in WhatsUpDocConnect’s ISR Program using your ISR ID. For each Standard ISR that signs up with your ISR ID, meets the ISR requirements set forth in the ISR Agreement, and receives commissions, you shall receive, in addition to your Standard ISR commission, an additional commission based on the Sales made by the ISR who signed up using your ISR ID (the “Super ISR Commission”).
The Redemption Code (sometimes referred to as Code) is an alphanumeric word that assigned to you and appears in your ISR dashboard and is used on your business cards and other collateral material. It is unique to you and is used for the purpose of linking you to your prospective members (so you get the credit for the sale) and it provides a free month for the member. Use your Redemption code when you are promoting WhatsUpDocConnect to get credit for the sale. Also when signing up ISR’s
You don’t have to maintain active status to get a commission, however, ISRs must maintain active status by making at least three Sales in any given three month period (a minimum of three new paying members per quarter) in order to receive commissions greater than the lowest commission tier.
In the event that active status is not maintained, you will continue to receive commissions payments, calculated at the lowest commission rate, for a period of one year from your last month of activity. After one year of inactivity, your commission will no longer be paid and will be forfeited.

Yes, that’s right! There is no cap on commission earnings. You receive a monthly commission for each paying member. Your monthly recurring commission rate increases as your new monthly members increase.
Assuming you enrolled a combination of 50%/50% single and family plans the average commissionable amount would be approxiamtely $30 per member per month. Using the example of 23 new members per month, you would be in the 15% commission tier and would receive a commission of approximately $4.50 per enrolled member per month.
Assuming you enrolled 23 new members per month for 12 months and 20% of the members you enrolled dropped out (disenrolled) each of the 12 months your earned commissions would look like this:

Taking the annual earning of $4,820 (which incliudes the $542 Fast Start bonus) then dividing the total amount ($4,820) by 12 months, it’s approximately $400 average monthly commission, the amount illustraed in the Quick Table.

It’s quite simple… It’s based on your earned commissions. So if you earned (for example) $770 per month in your first three months your commission would be $2,310 plus the Fast Start Bonus of $2, 310 making your total payout $4, 620 for your first three months.
How’s that for simple and financially rewarding!

The commission tier is the rate of commission (commission percentage) that is paid when you qualify for that commission tier.
Commission rates are based on the number of Sales made each calendar month by the ISR. According to the established commission tiers (see commission tier table)
A member’s free month is referred to as month zero. Commissions are not paid on month zero.
Assuming you enrolled a combination of 50%/50% single and family plans the average commissionable amount would be approxiamtely $30 per member per month. The Super ISR commission tier is the rate of commission (commission percentage) that is paid when your Standard ISR’s qualify for a commission tier. Your Super ISR commission rate (percentage) corresponds to the Standard ISR commission rate as shown in the Quick Table. This is in addition to any commissions you earn as a Standard ISR. In some professions this is called an override commission, or second tier commission.
The Super ISR commission is a percentage of a the “sale” the monthly membership amount paid by the member.
For example: if the monthly membership amount is $34.97 and the Super ISR commission is 6% then the calculation would be 6% of $34.97 which is approximately $2.10 Your Super ISR commission for that sale would be $2.10 which you would be paid every month as long as the Standard ISR remains Active according to the ISR Program.
Business plans and organization/group plans sale amount and commission rates will vary on a case-by-case basis.

Brief description of the ISR Program
ISR Program commissions introduction
The ISR program has been designed to reward ISRs with greater commissions when increasing member enrollment volume as you can see in the quick table and commissions calculator. You will have the opportunity to receive a commission for each Sale you make as an ISR. Commissions are generated when a prospect becomes a paying member of WhatsUpDocConnect using your unique assigned redemption code (the “Sale”), and when that paying member makes his/her monthly payments.
Do good (acting virtuously) and do well (financially)
Now you have the opportunity as an ISR to do good and do well... earning monthly recurring commissions for the lifetime of all paying members that have used your Redemption Code.
The ISR Program provides two ways to earn commissions
- The Standard ISR earns commissions on enrolled members
- The Super ISR (in addition to the Standard ISR commissions) earns additional commissions based on the production of the ISR
Standard ISR
If your Application to become an ISR is approved by WhatsUpDocConnect, you will receive a unique Redemption Code that you may use to promote WhatsUpDocConnect.com.
You will have the opportunity to receive a commission for each Sale you make as an ISR. Commissions are generated when a prospect becomes a paying member of WhatsUpDoc using your unique assigned Redemption Code (the “Sale”), and when that paying member makes his/her monthly payments.
Super ISR
As a Standard ISR, you may become a Super ISR (in addition to your Standard ISR commissions) and receive commissions for Sales made by Standard ISRs who have enrolled in the WhatsUpDocConnect ISR program using your Redemption Code.
To qualify as a Super ISR you must have at least one Standard ISR that enrolls in WhatsUpDocConnect’s ISR Program using your Redemption Code.
For each Standard ISR that signs up with your Redemption Code, meets the ISR requirements set forth in the ISR Agreement, and receives commissions, you shall receive, in addition to your Standard ISR commission, an additional commission based on the Sales made by the ISR who signed up using your Redemption Code. (the “Super ISR Commission”).
As a Super ISR you will want to educate and assist your ISRs to generate their own commissions and thereby you will earn an additional commission based on the Sales made by the ISR.

Commission payments
Commission rates are based on the number of Sales made each calendar month by the ISR. All commission payments are based on actual collected membership payments (less any applicable taxes), but not on any member registration fees. For example: we may offer a new member the promotion of a free month with a one-time registration fee. No commission will be paid for the free month, as no monthly payment has been made by the member.
Commission payment schedule
Commissions are paid after a one month holding period, to ensure that any chargebacks or refund payments can be deducted from the commissions. Payments shall be made on the 15th of each month. In the event the 15th of the month falls on a holiday, payments shall be made on the next business day.
For example: In January, you earn a commission for each monthly membership payment by members who joined using your Redemption Code. The commission rate (percentage) is determined by the number of Sales (new members who made their first monthly payment) as of the last day of that month (January). That earned commission is held until the end of the next month (February), to allow for any chargebacks or refunds. You will receive your commissions payment the 15th of the month following the hold (March 15th).
All approved, non-refunded commissions are paid out once per month, with a minimum payment threshold of $50.00. Amounts below $50.00 will accrue in your account and payment will be made in the month in which your total commissions payment achieves the minimum $50.00.
Your commission "Lookback Benefit"
We understand that there may come a time where you may get a little sidetracked and your sales are lower accordingly. We've got you covered! Introducing the WhatsUpDocConnect "Lookback Benefit".
Here's how it works:
In order to maximize commissions payments, we will compare your Sales in any given month (i.e., January) to your average Sales per month over a 3-month lookback period (November, December and January). Your commission rate for January (in this example) will be based on the higher of those two numbers. The lookback average will not be used to lower your commissions. In this way you will always get the highest possible commission rate (percentage) even when you have a slump in sales.
Active status
In order to receive commissions above the first commission tier ISRs must maintain active status by making at least three Sales in any given three month period (a minimum of three new paying members per quarter). In the event that active status is not maintained, ISRs will continue to receive commission payments, calculated at the lowest commission rate, for a period of one year from your last month of activity. After one year of inactivity, ISRs commissions will no longer be paid.
